Orange & Tangerine Marmalade

Using the juice from Seville oranges and the fruit from the tangerines this Marmalade is the best of both worlds. With thin cuts of peel mixed into the orange jelly it creates a deliciously bold spread. Also known as double one, this was our first marmalade mixed with an additional citrus fruit. Spread on crunchy sourdough, or  in between soft white bread for a traditional marmalade experience.
